Our aim is to provide all our clients with an excellent level of service; however we recognise that occasionally things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied at any time with the service you have been given from Debt-Simple Limited, then please contact us on 0115 989 7309.

On request we can provide you with a copy of our internal complaints procedure; this won't affect your right to refer your complaint onto the Financial Ombudsman Service at any time. A leaflet from the Financial Ombudsman Service 'Your complaint and the ombudsman' will be provided with our internal complaints procedure.
